SXR Broken OEM Turn Plate - What to replace it with?

My brother cracked his stock 2005 SXR turn plate. He wants to replace it as easily and cheaply as possible, with no modifications, no new bars, no pivot pins, bearings, etc. What would be his best option in the aftermarket.

I have an R&D OEM Quick Steer Plate that I ran on my SXR for one season before cracking my handpole. It was nice and has six different adjustment locations. Will work with stock bars or aftermarked bars.
