Super Jet Bouncing Idle?

So my started up my Superjet the other day after a nice 1.5 hour ride and noticed that the idle is bouncing quite a bit. Today I pulled the carbs off to change the jets out and a few other minor mods and it did the same thing when I went to start it up. I've never had this happen before; Anyone have an idea what is going on?

Yeah, I've had that bouncing / surging idle before...on mine it was forgetting to set the carb sync. But in general, it seems like it could be due to:
- low speed adjuster too lean
- carb sync not correct
- internal filters in carb really plugged?
- fuel pump discs crimped and not sealing?

try opening the low speed adjuster 1/8 turn each just to see if it has an affect...but if you've had the carbs off you need to resync them anyway. I know how Yamaha says to do it, and that gets you close but not perfect. The right tool is a snail synchrometer...the german-made STE brand is what you want, and the right model is the SK.
