so there i was.... siting in front of the computer drooling over the pics of all these A/M hulls when my lovely wife yells to me... would you just do it already !!... after weeks of reading all i could ... 2 pages of questions for derrick at the ski clinic .. a 2 hr drive to new haven where a couple of real cool and solid guys ( pat and sefi.. thanks a lot guys ) let me ride there rickter and BOB respectivly.... i was ready to pull the trigger.... i called derrick at ski clinic and im on the board... a new BOB gen3 kevlar will soon be in my grasps ... they said build time is about a month and a half which i think is awesome... derrick sent me pics of what my color and graphics combo will look like and answered the 20 more questions i had .. im all about asking questions.. ( right pat ).. and he bent over backwards to make sure i was happy ... needless to say i cant wait to unload this badboy and get to building.. my poor super jet is just begging for some new skin

Just got my Gen 2 and love it! So sick you're getting a Kevlar G3!

Thanks man ..... I got the black top and bottom withe the red white and black graphics with red turf and white footpods.... The Kevlar being 45 pounds is going to be awesome

I'm going small to start ... 701 with head and b pipe... Stock pump with xmetal trim.. I want to go small at first and see what the hull can do.... I know the trend is to go as big as you can right off the bat but I want to learn the boat then build small steps at a time... I don't want to flip just because my motor can peel paint and give your family a permanent orange affro... I want to flip cause I've got the skills to do so...

The Ski Clinic just posted that if you ordered a BOB Sept 1st-5th they will deliver to World Finals. I know you are on other side of country, but that means any ski ordered Sept 1-5 will be built in 4 weeks; faster and ahead of yours? Something you might want to ask derrick about. (No disrespect to the ski clinic just an FYI).

So stoked for ya! The guys at The Ski Clinic are nothing short of amazing. I can't say enough for my BG3 carbon and my sons BG2 carbon. And all the help they gave before and after the sales. My son has plate to plated a few rolls with a 650 b-piped BG2. Pretty sure you're going to rip that thing.
