BOB foot holds

[/IMG] Ok so I had the ski clinic install there adjustable footholds in my Superjet. I'm new to jet skis. I have maybe a dozen rides on my 14 Superjet. The last two with the new foot holds.

My question is foot position in the foot holds. The ski clinic installed them loosely in the middle position when I picked up the ski. I can basically only get my toes under the foot holds or a third of my foot under the foot holds with them adjusted all the way up. I was thinking this was normal. But I let a friend of my son ride it last weekend and he complained about only being able to get his toes in the footholds. He also just had non adjustable kicker footholds installed. I also have this style in my fx-1 that my son rides. And yes my whole foot fits in these.

Tonight I moved the foot holds to the back position where the adjustment slots are higher and adjusted them all the way up. I still can only get a little over half of my foot under the foot holds. Is this normal for BOB holds?

Photo is not working for me. You should be able to adjust the footholds to fit your foot anywhere you want. For freestyle; backflips etc you want them as tight as possible where it takes a good kick to get your foot secure. You might try calling the ski clinic and see what they say.

Photo not working for me ether. Lol. So I did call the ski clinic. They asked me what size my feet were. It's a size 13. He said to bring the ski in and they would readjust it. I honestly don't know how they're going to do that. The plates are already installed. If the plates are moved. There will be holes and slots showing at the bottom. This is a brand new ski basically. Maybe they will make custom plates for it. That would work.

Well dropped ski off. Got a call from Derrick the next day they were open. Said both him and Derrick Jr. Had no problem kicking in. Turns out they just needed to be broke in. My bad. When I picked up the ski. I was able to kick in no problem as well.

Hats off to the ski clinic. These guys do the job right the first time.
If you live in the area. This is the place to bring your PWC for service repairs, upgrades. These guys are very professional.
