I dropped a pro-tec nozzle and both of the mounting feet broke off when it hit the ground (fragile cast feet...). Sent an e-mail to john asking if he could weld up the feet on my nozzle instead of having to buy a new one. Sent nozzle in, and received a brand new one back, no charge.

Granted, I do buy a lot of stuff from Blowsion, and this is one reason why I will continue.

Blowsion took care of me twice with my defective Tau Ceti's They do back their products! :biggthumpup:

I just wish they wouldn't nickel & dime me on shipping for back ordered items.

I ordered a helmet from them two weeks ago and I still have not received it yet. However that is a UPS problem as it was shipped the next day. They have been VERY helpful in tracking do the package for me.

I Called and emailed UPS several times with no reply for over three days. I emailed Blowsion last night and they said that they would figure things out and if they couldn't resolve the issue they would ship me another helmet express shipping if I would send this lost helmet back. Way to go Blowsion :woot:. They are even making UPS' screw ups right :biggthumpup:
