Blowsion SXR Railcaps

My vrother and I installed our new style blowsion railcaps today, they look sweet. My bro's are painted to match kawi red, mine are black. They all fit good, but we had to do a little filing to get all the holes to line up. We put 3m 5200 under the caps and stuck them on, and wiped thge edges clean. The caps and hull were taped off so we could put 5200 right on the seam, swipe clean, and then remove the tape for a nice finish. They look trick. The pics dont do my brothers any justice, they look awesome

Looking good. Mine came out Ok have have to do some sealant cleaning.

Looks great! I am having trouble with fitting mine up on the left hand side. I'm going to try again tonight. The right hand side took like ten minutes!:banghead:

my right side fit best, but the hole sdidnt line u at all, so therefore it fit kinda crappy. the back edge has a gap, but filled with 5200, cant tell. The left side fit worst, but wsnt bad, but the holes lined up and it fits good after riveted down
