on a blowsion spring both ends go down, one in bottom right corner of pole towards the nose and the other one left to bracket towards the tray. If your brcket is lowered they will need to be cut to fit.
iF YOU HAVE THE RRP BILLET POLE THERE IS A HOLE AT BOTTOM FOR THIS SPRING BRO
hope this helps.

mine is crazy strong the pole is now negative weight. The pole won't stay down I might have to tighen the pole bolt to ad more friction

The tension will fade. and when it does you'll miss it. New springs obviously make the pole weightless. Every time I put a UMI spring on my SN the pole would stick straight up. and i try to store it that way as to releave any tension from the spring.

I had one year that i snapped 3-4 UMI springs. UMI sent me a freebee stating they had some quality issues. I was thinking.. 4-springs one season, obviously there's some quality issues.

I haven't snapped a spring since.
