Blaster HIN location question?

There is a mfg plaque with #'s on it inside the hull next to the ignition box. Should it match the HIN on the title and the vin plate (the one on the outside on the rear platform?)

IIRC, there are two HIN plates on a B1 and the one that has the model number. The one that has the model number does not have the HIN on it. One HIN plate is on the bosrding platform and the other is under the hood near the gasket up forward.

i have never seen one there (altho there is a sticker with some kind of code)

the ones i know of are under the top right part of the hood (must open it to see it)and just a lil off center to the right of the fire extinguisher hole on the back..

There is nothing under the hood and no plate on the boarding platform, just the number on the mfg plaque near the ignition box.
