Blaster carbs, jetting and pop off

I have a Waveblaster 1 with Riva red pipe, Ada girdled head with 35cc domes and a mikuni sbn 44. Question is for pop off pressure. Jetting is 120 low and 145 high with a 2.3 needle. What spring and pop off pressure should I be at?

Does a 2.0 needle allow for more or less fuel than a 2.3 which I believe is stock.

I'll have to check my notes but I believe it was around 22-24 psi. I only used a 2.0 n/s because I didn't have one at the time but you can achieve the same pop off with a 1.5 n/s with a 95 gm spring. The Mikuni manual even says a 1.5 n/s will flow all the fuel you will need.

I told you wrong. Below is the jetting I ended up at and it ran like a top.

120 Pilot
140 Main
1.5 N/S
65 gm spring
28 pop off
Stock F/A

So I got the ski running great but with my dual cooling set up it over heats horribly. I used this dual cooling setup below. Any suggestions on what to change. I put two pissers in the hull.
