I'm looking for a rough jetting spec for a 760 with factory pipe dual 44s and porting jet specs

This is what I run.
137.5 main jets, 115 pilot jets, 1.5 needle and seat valves, and 115 gram springs.

That will work but may be a little lean at part throttle for best response.

I don't have porting but it should give you a close ball park. Due to the higher rev's you could go up on the jet sizes. Possibly a 140 and a 120.
