bought a 95 sn hull last year, decided to start experimenting on some hull designs i had wanted to do to my first ski.

i wanted to do that sxr look to the tray, but couldnt stop there, i also dropped the hood 3",

i got rid of the hood latch, and dropped the center tray of the hood as far as it would go

side view all cut out! Waiting on foam and glass now. one thing what the hells up with the dent? I've seen this on a few other ski's

Foam dry? Since you went that far I would yank it all out and seal everything up tite, including under the tray where the inserts for the pump are.

i only bought the 1.7 quart, probably need to get the 1.8 gallon one huh?

Looking Good bitten sack I like the SXR look that will be a sweet ski when you are done. The dent in the side is usually flexing that happen's from landing big air on the azz end of the hull, it is trying to bend it in half, use a heat gun and push it out until it cool's then when you rebuild the tray sides and refoam it will give it structural strength again.

Yea Jason, I got mine pushed out with heat like he said. Foam in behind it to make it stay put.

i did all of mine with a 1 gal kit 4lb with plenty to spare. looks good so far, i dig the hood!

Yeah it's right at the bulkhead they appear on either side

this is when it was first finished

its had a new pole mount, pole and lowered bracket since then. i dont think i have a pic of it in its current state except this one your brother got lol
