Freestyle Billet reduction nozzle?

Maybe I missed it, but I see billet trim, awesome pumps and we are left with a cast reduction nozzle in between. Is there a billet reduction nozzle out there? We destroyed a trim ring, steering nozzle and it even went as far as busting the mount tabs right out of the nozzle. It got me wondering?

The real need is a 144 / 155 nozzle with rings to 92 mm. Generally people settle for what they have instead of dialing in their pump....

Yup! I agree. Hopefully SB products comes to the rescue. I love the idea of inserts for size

Would the nozzle need the fins inside? I see that being a machining nightmare as well as the cad portion just setting it up.

The cast 155 scat with adjustable rings I have does not have fins. The rings only go to 86 mm

Technically the fins do help direct the flow. But without them is ok.

I got rings for my skat 155 that are 90mm. If I leave out the rings it is 95mm IIRC

Skat has also modified my skat/ blowsion 144 to use Their rings. They only go upto 86mm I believe.

This is why somebody needs to bring it to market! Reduction nozzle only with set of rings? What's that going to be worth for 144 and 155 setups? I can't see them being cheap.. But worth every penny!

I will make anything people are willing to buy. I have some immediate issues going on right now, but I will certainly build one if people want it.

the raw chunk of aluminum is about $95 to start with (privided your doing it all one piece without welding)

I think we covered what it needs to be. Ill be fronting my $$ for the development of this part and working with Brian at SB to make it happen. I do not have plans to re sell these but hopefully he will put his name on them and add them to the product lineup. I'm not doing this just for me, so lets have some input towards the design.
