billet aluminum couplers question

looking to make all my skis so I can interchange the motors easy
Are all billet yamaha couplers with the kawi biscuit interchangeable
could I install a motor with an ada coupler into a ski with umi or since I have umi I need to stay with that

That being said does anyone have any for sale or want to trade for riva couplers

If it uses the Kawi dampener, yes, as long as the spacing is correct.

Be careful.

The billet couplers I know of will work only on the later, thicker midshaft.
I believe those started in 95.

interesting my blaster is a 94,now I remember another post you made similar to this. The blaster mid shaft may be different

If so that will be ok ,at least I could make the sj interchangeable

In my experience they are not all the same. for some reason each company decided to use a slightly different outside diameter. So if you mix them up, its hard to use a straightedge across them to check alignment
