I bought a used Solas concord 13/17 from him but before I bought it I asked him if it had ever been worked on, re-pitched, or if it had been cut back. He replied that it had NEVER been worked on or re-pitched and that it was not a cut back. So I bought it from him. He asked if I could send the money as a gift (that was my 1st mistake) to avoid paypal fees, so I did. So a couple of days go bye and I get the impeller in the mail (thought to myself man that was quick can't wait to put it on and try it out). So, rip apart the package to take a look at the impeller. Everything looked good until I noticed a 15/20 etched into the hub and that it had been cut back. I sent him an email asking about the etched in 15/20 and once again asked if it had been re-pitched. He assured me that it was a 13/17 and did not know about the 15/20 etching. I called Impros and Wamitons and they both said when they re-pitch an impeller that is where they put the new pitch and that it most likely is a 15/20. I once again emailed sefi81 and told him what I found out and he once again insisted that it was indeed a 13/17 so to give him the benefit of doubt. I went through the trouble of getting an impeller gauge, needless to say it was a 15/20 and NOT a 13/17. With the new info I emailed him once again. I asked him to refund my money or send me 50$ to have it re-pitched. He said he would give me a refund if I mailed the impeller back 1st.(thought to myself he already screwed me once your not going to it again) I asked him to send the money 1st so we both will be covered. He did not want to do that so I sent him one last email saying that he could give me 50$ and be done with it or send me the money before I send the impeller back. And if you can't do one of those I am going to file a clam and bash you on the x and pwc. Well he took that as a threat and now refuses to do anything about it. So two lessons to learn DON'T SEND MONEY AS A GIFT THROUGH PAYPAL b/c you can't file a claim if it is sent as a gift. Second is DON'T BUY GOODS FROM SEFI81. He wasted my time and ripped me off and refuses to man up and do anything about it. It has been almost two weeks I feel I gave him enough time to make it right before I started my bashing.
