Custom/Hybrid Best ways to register an A/M hull in NY

I live in a small town and enjoy it, except when it comes to simple things like the DMV doing what they are supposed to do. First trip to the Dmv normal 30 minutes to get a # then normal 1.5 hours waiting for them to call my # for my Appointment. She sets an appointment to inspect the ski, I come back three days later for appointment and she tries to argue with me and tell me she never set that appointment (with the paperwork in my hand with her handwriting and highliter on it). So 5 hours at the Dmv and no title.
The problem is that none of theses a/m hulls are home built so we are still lying on an official affidavit from the Gov. I gotta wait until I go into the city or my next trip Oside. Still have the #'s from my 04 sj so I will run em until I get to the Dmv. I have my Receipts for my hull purchase, the bummer is they will want 3-4 hundred bucks for taxes. I already paid taxes on it so why does my Gov. need to make a cut also. Crooks.
