Is there much throttle responce diffrence? Or is the 200 better spent somewhere else?

Spend it elsewhere. Only replace your's if it's cracked or has a broken baffle inside.

only one id buy is the air time products one... if i didnt have a waterbox and needed to buy one......oem works well enough

most aftermarket water boxes, realistically, change the tone of the motor rather than give significant increases in hp
