Bench testing a CDI ?

it seems the CDI isnt putting out any voltage into the stator during cranking. should be 9V i'm showing 0.2V

I think i recall hearing Watcon use to bench test CDI. Do They or anyone else offer this service ,or sell them as it might be what the future holds..

it's out of a '04 Octane.
