Super Jet Bee pipe manifold question

This doesn’t seem right. Do I need to drill these out

I feel like other manifolds I’ve had haven’t had this much build up on them

Are the passages through the jacket at the top of the pipe always blocked off like that? Should I clean it up to match the gasket and open the top passages ?

Pretty sure the top doesn't have a water jacket. It looks like if you cut into the top you would just come out the other side.

You’re right, I’ll just even out the sides and bottom with the gasket then

Just the bottom one by the fitting that is at an angle.

I was just asking because it looked different than other manifolds I’ve had on skis in the past, I just trashed a top end and the gasket had more openings wanted to verify
