Bad or O.K.?

I know there are a million cooling threads......

I've had an issue for a while now. No snap. No brap w/o ringing it up first.
This doesn't work when you're idleing up to a face to attempt a bf.

The cooling line in from the pump goes to the exhaust manifold...normal.
The line from the front of the head goes to the top of the head pipe.
The line from the bottom of the headpipe goes to the pisser #1
The line from the back of the head goes to a "tee" with one line going to pisser #2 and the other going to the flow control valve and thru to the stinger/waterbox.

The flow control valve was doing nothing. Water is taking the path of least resistance...straight out the pisser. I loosened the FCV all the way... no water at any RPM.
I moved the FCV to the rear of the head. The ski acts better.

BTW: just found out the cooling set-up that I have is for dual cooling. I have dual pissers but still use the stock bilge....no dual cooling.

Will having the FCV at the rear of the head hurt?
