Other B8HS or BR8HS plugs?

My 91 sj is currently running b8hs spark plugs, went to get new ones and couldn't quite remember the number and ended up picking up br8hs plugs. Anyone know if they'll work and what the difference is? Does the r mean resistor plugs?
thanks

R means resistor plug. You don't need them as your stock ignition wires have resistor terminals/boots on them.
It wouldn't hurt it, though.

im runing b8hs beacues i got extra ones with my ski also have msd total loss i called msd and they said that you can run what it calls for stock but i had those i did alot of research and some people said to not run restrictor plugs with msd and others said too i guess its personal opinon from what i gathered the restrictor plugs will help keep your ski from running away

Resistor plugs will do absolutely NOTHING to prevent a runaway. You need to have a resistor somewhere between coil and plugs with a total loss (any digital ignition) to cut down RFI. This can be done with resistor plugs OR with resistor terminals/boots. The MSD plug terminals do not have resistors in them, so you'd need resistor plugs in that case.
