What is everyone doing for a replacement seat for a B1? My foam is dry rotted and is taking on too much water. I've seen the am style seats but they don't do much for me I prefer the oem style. I can not find an upholstery shop near me that will cut a new marine grade foam.

This is the seat I modded on my blaster and would be a good alternative if you don't care to keep the stock height...remove the stock cover and throw away the top layer of foam, it's hecaubamdbgwts waterlogged...under it is some white foam and than the plastic base. I shaped the white foam with a hacksaw blade, and shortened it up a few inches aswell, wrapped it with some white closed cell foam and than had a cover made for it. It's really light now compared to stock and doesn't get waterlogged
If you want stock height...probably best to just buy a new used seat and sell the one you have to someone who wants to chop one up.
There's always the 701 surf seat of you like that and don't mind spending the $$
