B1 questions

I am building a b1 for surf with a all new 701 61x with a factory carb i have a riva red pipe and jet manic water box 35cc domes I wanna know what jers to run in the carb it also had a 10/16 prop in it also how should I run the water lines it has 2 pissers in the hull side and two fittings in the head one on bottem of manifold and three on the pipe it’s self I know if you dry your pipe out it makes it have some more power so should I just t the stinger to relive some water or what
