For bottom end you want the bottom and middle screws closed and the top open about 3/4 to 2 turns .I have mine at 1 full turn open .
make sure you put antisieze on the thread or they'll freeze up on you quick .

yeah just post on this thready hangtime ... i dont want chris to get jealous that im taking up his thread .... cuz hes jealous that he doesnt have his b pipe yet (hope you dont read this thread chris :nana: lol )

I recently installed and ran a B pipe, with top screw open 2.5 turns, and the other 2 closed and it SUCKED

worse than the coffman sizzler it replaced.

I think thats way too wet... maybe half a turn, or 3/4 a turn on any one screw....

I will re-adjust the screws, as per some recommendations here before trying it again.

ooh , and where do you get pipe dope from ? it it basically the same thing as antisieze?

No it's not ,I got mine at the hardware store in the plumbing supplies .

The only problem I see with the bottom screw being opened instead of the top is when the hole gets clogged .
I had mine clog at the beach and easily fixed it with a small drill bit because I could reach it on the top .If the bottom screw clogs than you probably have to remove your headpipe .

how would it clog? and i think i might open the other scres liek 1/8 a turn on the bottom and top .... just to be on the safe side ... IF it cloggs ...... but what my dad tells me about IF's ...."If grandma had balls, she would be grandpa" ha ha god i love my dad

I set mine up with the bottom open 1 turn and the rest closed
If you think you want more water after that then open the top

I find if you open the other ones the boat will feel sluggish and will not come through the mid range cleanly
bear in mind that when you hit the throttle you go straight to mid range
