Our great McMaster part #'s thread (http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/31581&highlight=red+pipe+hose&page=5) has the hose part # for the Riva Type 4, but not the regular B-Pipe.
I think I remember the B-Pipe hose coupler is 4inch ID, right?

Looking at this 1ft section on http://www.mcmaster.com/, Part # 5296K86 for $30.

High-Temperature/High-Pressure Silicone Rubber Coolant Hose

Use with coolants and antifreeze
Tube: Silicone
Cover: Silicone
Reinforcement: Three-ply silicone- coated polyester
Temperature Range: -65° to +350° F
Color: Blue
Rugged and strong, this hose is ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure coolant applications. Hose ID is smooth for unrestricted flow. Can be used outdoors.

Also looking to get some of the wider & extra strong all stainless hose clamps on the same order. Part # 5204K15 is much stronger than the regular worm gear kind most of us use and all stainless construction. Thoughts?

That silicone looks like a winner.

You've got the right idea with the ss t-bolt clamps, but the od on that silicone is too big for the clamp you have listed. When looking for the proper size I'd also assume the OD will grow a hair when slipped (jammed!) over the pipe.

Good point, I did not think of that. Thanks

The hose, # 5296K86
(High-Temp/High-Pressure Silicone Coolant Hose 4" ID, 4-3/8" OD, 41 PSI, Blue)

#5204K23 is a slightly larger diameter clamp.
(316 Stainless Steel T-Bolt Hose & Tube Clamp 4-1/32" to 4-11/32" Clamp Dia Range, 3/4" Band Width)

I'd still think about going another size bigger. Remember, the hose OD needs to fall within the ID range of the clamp. As listed you're still 1/32" short w/o any expansion. It will obviously also need to go small enough to snug things up. This is the downfall of T-bolt clamps. Their adjustment range is so small that it's sometimes hard / impossible to get the range you need.

Be sure to pipe in on that other thread with the final part numbers if this ends up working out for you.

Mcmaster Part # 5296k86
Hightemp/HighPressure Silicone Coolant Hose 4inch ID $29.26 per foot
I ended up ordering some regular WormDrive hose clamps insted of the fancy T-bolt ones.
Thanks for the help!

I've been using a piece of that on my limited pipe in my blaster for the entire season this year without any trouble. Although I think the McMaster hose is fewer plies than stock. They've got the same stuff in 2" for the stinger as well.

You can also check out tubing auctions on eBay for turbo / intercooler applications for cars. I got the "b-pipe" coupler for the 650 coffmans pipe that way, with T-bolt clamps, for about $15 shipped. Be careful to check the number of plys, etc but at the time there was lots of good stuff available that worked for us.
