B-Pipe completely loading up

This probably sounds stupid but I have no idea what the hell is causing this. My waterbox/chamber is backing up with water all the way into my cylinders. I have a fcv that’s tightened basically all the way, but it’s still loading up and the ski won’t start. I’m afraid of hydrolocking it, and it has brand new cylinders in it. Any advice is much appreciated.

Take the headpipe out of your ski. Hook your garden hose up to it and see if water is dumping into it. Could be the casting has deteriorated and leaking or your screws are not blocking any flow.

Just had it all apart and used a backwards flush kit from blowsion once back together. Exhaust was all ok, popped my head off with the suspicion that I blew out an o ring on the head. Sure enough, the front dome ring was destroyed. Pretty sure water was getting into the cylinder via water jacket. Testing it tomorrow afternoon so I guess I’ll see. Thanks for the help
