Aura Pole/Jet Works steering

I have an Aura pole and I just bought Jet Works OVP steering. I am either missing something really obvious, or the bushings that come with the steering are too small for the mounting hole in the pole??? Can anyone else with this setup make me feel really dumb and point out the obvious or share what I need to do to make the bushings fit right in the mounting hole. Thanks
