APD on lake austin

Under cover APD on lake austin.
21-25 foot bayliner non-center console all white with no markings and 2 fishing poles sticking up on the back of the boat. he launches at quinlin park and has a maroon F150 single cab flare side with aluminum trailor. wears plain clothes and when he comes over to you he puts his gun belt and police jersey on and strobes on the dash. one thing he did is put a cantilope sized diver bouy in the water and sits on along the shore far from the bouy and waits for someone to get closer than 150 feet or so then hands out a ticket. he will go from near mansfield dam all the way up to westlake.

Anyone know the uk law on this, i ski in the surf infront of our camp site, now infront of the site are a row of bouys, we are only allowed to ride at speed beyond them, tha same goes for the other camp sites. but in between the camp sites 5 mile gap there are no such bouys, can we use the surf in that area ??? as there are no swimers there,

in texas you have to stay 50 feet from anything, boats, bouys, etc.... diver bouys are like 150 feet or more. as long as you are out of the no wake zone you should be ok. check your local laws
