That LCD screen wouldn't last very long on top of a helmet IMHO.
The older version 2K and 3K cameras work well and don't have that screen.

the screen is a gimmik. i wouldnt even use it. just make it bigger and heavier with shorter battery life.

its about the remote option to me,the screen isnt in use while filming anyway.it is also suppose to be next gen and smoother than the 2k 3k id use the gopro if it had a remote
