i don't mean inline outdoor type of stuff..i mean like go out to the local roller rink and strap on some quads...i was just thinking and talking exercise and working out and about losing weight with some people the other day and it got me thinking of this very forum...i have been at battle with my weight since i noticed some of my pant's not fitting quite like they used to....i have always been a bigger guy, and i guess not doing much last summer and working on business stuff and not exercising got the best of me and i topped on my normal winter weight on top of what i didn't lose last year....has me quite upset too...the only part i seem to be having a problem finding time for is eating several small meals a day and making them balanced and good for my body. but i have been roller skating since i was 2 1/2and did it competitively for a couple years when i was a teenager. and i still go at least 3 times a week in the winter and at least once a week in the summer..usually more since i dj at a local rink here..it's really great cause i get paid, have to do minimum work, get to listen to what i want to, and i get to exercise.....just basically wondering if anyone else around here roller skates? :clown:
