Custom/Hybrid Anyone make custom Reduct & steer NOZZLES?

Anyone make a carbon or lightweight nozzle setup? I need one for a 650 kawi pump. I have a OP setup thats bored, BUT HEAVY.

But $100-$200 to save how much? maybe 1/2 pound?
