Good pipe, but, damn things are one piece heavy, cast aluminum. makes for some serious stress on the exhaust manifold bolts.

Already bored and tapped, helcoild ,and it still manages to loosen. I'm considering welding the exhaust to the manifold.

Anyone anticipate that this would be a problem.?

yes i had the same prob. dont helicoil it take it to a shop and have them put timeserts in it never had a prob after that before that everyother ride pipe would fall off
