Anyone have any reviews on the Cold-Fusion quicksteer plate.

Im in the market, and just got a set of couplers from them. The system looks like good stuff. just want hear a review or 2 from someone that has it and used it for a bit. im already using a -4 inch pole is this going to be too short the total length witll be at -5.75?
