Anyone else have problems with PayPal Mobile?

I sent a payment request a few weeks ago from my iPhone via the PayPal mobile app. The customer paid but the payment just showed "pending" on the phone app and the entire transaction never did show up in the account when viewed from a computer.

I shipped the product thinking it was just a three day hold but the payment was eventually returned to the customer and I had to send another invoice, this time from a computer.

Anyone else experience anything like this? I don't conduct much business via the PayPal mobile app so it's not a big deal but it s a nice option to have available....if it works.

A few of the transactions I've done via the mobile app contained a msg in the Paypal email, "accept or decline the payment" or it will be returned.

I have seen that on regular payments as well but in this case, I couldn't find the option anywhere in the App. The status just said "payment awaiting funding".
