We have been putting in at a different spot because of water levels. Anyway me and my wife had to yell at one couples kids three times for climbing on the skis and throwing mud on them. I got fed up and confronted the parents. I walked over there and asked them to keep an eye on there kids. This is the answer I got " Calm down they are just kids and it will wash off". I told the guy my kid dosn't seam to have a problem respecting other peoples property and he is the same age but if he would point out his car I would gladdly have my son throw mud all over it. What a loser!!! My point is if your going to bring your kids to the lake or anywhwere for that matter. TEACH THEM TO RESPECT OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY. I think next time I will just wash "THEM" off my ski's with one big fountain:biggrin:

Just plain me....
I'm hear what you're saying...but at least those kids were throwing mud. I had some brats throwing rocks at my ski & I asked them politely not to do that. Their redneck fat-arsed mother/sister/aunt/cousin made some smart comment about it being no big deal. I felt like saying ok, I'll start throwing rocks at your kids then. But I was afraid I'd get sat on. Here again, it seems to be that there is no respect or common sense in most people anymore.

oddly enough here in Utah the kids arent that bad, they just ask me to barrol roll all day long, makes for good practice, and seem that most of the people here understand that my ski, is probably worth more than their car, so they yell at their kids for me its great.

The Climbing/Throwing has happened more than a couple times. It is sad. Every time that it has happened the parents are aware that they are doing it.

Exactly, The mom was five feet from them. The sad thing is I had to say something and she never did. When they started throwing mud on the ski I confronted the Parents. This was my wifes couch. Its like my wife said her ski isn't the greatest but its hers and she dosn't appreciate people disrespecting her property.

irresponsible people are the thorn for all of us.

but check this idea out, the worst of the WORST, are irresponsible parents.

My god people, teach your children to respect everyones stuff, and leave it alone if it isnt theirs.

I walked down to my boat dock once, ( with 3 sit downs stored there)

a family was camped out with their ski boat, sitting on the swim dock, and the kids were on the skis making " vroom vroom" noises

sometimes it amazes me that people have so LITTLE respect for other peoples stuff.
