I was going through my ski, getting things ready for a new motor, when i removed my driveshaft i found that there is a huge crack/piece missing from the tube that serves as a hull pass thru for the driveshaft. That cant be good. any suggestions on how to make this watertight again?, I dont want soggy ass foam. and a 150 pound hull from being waterlogged.

knock out the tube, install a new PVC tube and seal with 5200

I kinda thought that was a viable option,

Is that a 1.5 inch pvc tube? Whats the best way to knock it out? Mini sledge and some pipe?
