Another footwear option

It's just that I've never actually worn anything though and I've never had a problem. I just was looking for something to keep the straps from rubbing on the tops of my feet. Wrestling shoes don't look like they give that much support either...

(then again i never had a problem not wearing a fall harness till that other tree fell and grabbed the cable on my climber...)

Those were my first "ski" shoes and they SUCK! Wrestling shoes are a million times better. Buy some used ones off ebay if your too cheap to buy a new pair. (that's what I did!)

No, shoes don't do anything to turf.

I wore a pair of PUMA's last year, not really that great, slipped a few times. I'm going to try to find a comfy hightop with a bit more ankle support than a wrasslin shoe. Might have to go for a wrasslin shoes if I can't get anything under $50.
