Super Jet another "can it be fixed" thread

can this stock sn pole be fixed? it broke on one side where the pole bolt goes through.

and if yes, whats the likelihood a fiberglass newb such as myself could do it?

Should be fixable, just run a few layers of cloth around the base [if there will be enough clearance for the mount] and drill new a new hole. Shouldn't be too hard, just make sure you use epoxy resin and get all the air bubbles out.

set the broken piece in place, tape it along the outer edge. grind the crack so that it tapers and glass it back in. the longer the taper the stronger
