Aluminum tubing for exhaust on RN

SUPERJET-113

GASKETS FOR CHAMP BRAP!
I wanna run some 2.5" alum tubing with silicone couplers instead of the long rubber exhaust hose from my Wamiltons "T" to the exhaust outlet.. How will all this fit with a spacer plate a dual OEM 44's? Anyone done this or have any reccomendations?
At the 06 World finals SE(Sato Engineering) tent I there was a set-up that you can buy, but didnt look to close as it was bookooh bucks and I dont even know if it was for a SJ.

It's a real pain to pull the gas tank in & out without a flexable exhaust hose.
Ask Idok. he had some of the thickwalled marine tubing in his ski insted of the OEM tube and hated it.

I have made them out of Carbon before. I had issues with the carbs hitting! It was fine during normal riding. But when rolls come into play. You would be very surprised just how much your motor moves around in there!! Unlike the carbon, Alum will just dent & you can keep going. The carbon didn't fair so well..............

On Malones ski the exhaust mounted a little lower on the bulk head so the tube does not have to cross the carbs as much, rather it is positioned just under them.
