Aircraftsalz- where's my Tote I paid for?

I gave Josh alot of time and credit to get things right hoping this might get taken care of but now he doesn't reply to my messages. I kept real quiet about it in hopes it would be righted but I guess I am screwed now. He says its all his buddy's George and Bill that didnt come thru, regardless I got screwed.
I purchased an Evo1 Rickter from him (paid advertised price plus shipping and crating) along with an 'almost new 2 wheel Tote', sent a deposit, and it took 3 months for the title to appear so we could ship It's cold as heck here so that part bugged me but I coudnt ride it anyway so thats not my complaint.
It was advertised with it sitting on and coming with an 'almost new Tote', I mentioned and texted many times "its coming with the Tote right!".
Finally it arrives and of course no Tote. I contacted him and ended up making a deal with him on an XFR he had also for sale (said the Tote could be shipped with it), sent him a deposit for the XFR and he replied it would be ready for shipping 2 days later, great right! I thought 'problem solved'!
2 days later I get refunded that deposit by paypal, they decided to sell it to someone else, nice deal huh!
So no replys, no Tote and more ski's up for sale again by them.
Everyone says he's a great guy but that sure isnt how I do business! Buyer beware

First off on the FS2 I offered to refund your money right away when the title issue came up.... You wanted to wait on the deal to happen

These aren't my skis, just buddies I built the skis for... Next you paid Them not me, I just took the deposit...

2nd the owner boxed the ski, I had nothing to do with the tote issue... But I'm still trying to help you out on the deal... Would you like me to offer $200 for the tote on a deal I made nothing on?

Next you ask me to fill out some forum to save you import taxes that states the ski is a US product which its not and I'm not putting my company on the line to save someone taxes...

The next ski George sold on his own... I listed it, he sold it local.... Noted he sold it before you sent the deposit.... Do I think it was right when I had the ski listed no, but its not my ski...

Honestly I dont want any money from you, I know you were selling it for friends that jerked you around, I did mention the Tote many times, it would have been nice for you to confirm it got crated after I asked.
I said in my post above that the long sale time thing wasnt the issue, I also posted the ski is exactly as stated, so thanks for that.
I also didnt post about the International bill of sale that I said I would pay $200 to you for for filling out, It would get me back $1200 in Duty, it isnt illegal, the Title says manufactured by Yamaha Motor Corp. Of USA but somebody from your place told the broker 'Manufactured in Japan" over the phone (a simple mistake I know) and I got hit for an extra $1200, thing is if you filled it out I could still get that back from the government. But I didnt cry out loud about it, I decided you didn't want to help and I would get over it.
I also dont want your $200 but that tote here sells for $800 used (1 posted in the Western Canadian Riders section).
What I would like (I will remove the neg feedback immediately), Is for your buddy to pay and ship me the Tote as stated in the sale.

I texted the guy on the tote and said I'm getting bad feedback over this damn tote.... He offered the tote in the deal not me but he wouldn't answer my text....

Send me a copy of the title, if it states Yamaha USA corp I have no problem filling it out... Just can't do anything thats not on the up & up....

I apologize again for the deal on the tote... I have a brand new one just needs wheels if you want it... George had some made that are smaller than the big foot totes

I just emailed you a copy of the title showing Manufactured by Yamaha Motor Corp. USA, and I will still pay you the $200 I offered if this gets completed, thanks.
I would be happiest with the Tote as advertised, get Bill or George (whoever owns it) to cough it up, I dont expect you to supply me a new one!

So here we are over a month later, Josh has not been on the site since and I believe he has no desire to rectify any of this. I would like to say that this negative thread has accomplished nothing but he did get 'likes' from his buddy's Deftons and Prosouth on his reply, wtf? These guys approve on me getting screwed out of my Cart...... whatever!
First off he says his 'buddy Bill' wont reply to his earlier text? I asked him to call and text him again, and I get no reply to those requests, a month goes by and his buddy just wont reply is his story and he is sticking to it.
So he said he would fill out the 1 piece of paper I need to get the $1200 back from the broker (even said I would pay $200 for that paper). I sent him a copy of the title showing I was correct all along (fyi, he gave me that title), then he says send me the paper again, and I get the broker to do that. A week later he says if I fill it out he will sign it, and I say he has to forward it to me because only he got it, now he earlier posted he wont do anything not on the "up and up" yet he asks me to fill it out, he is the only one legally that can do that, because he is the seller and he said it wasnt made in the US first!
All this thread has done is give me 5 more weeks of bullpoop lies, no cart even after I asked for the one from George with no wheels he offered up, no $1200 paper to get my Duties back, nothing!
Guess I am done here, no need wasting more time, I got burned for about $2000 on this deal, and kinda soured on buying ski's from the US off the site too, sorry but I am not happy how this has turned out.
