Well I finally purchased some parts for my SN.

Wetjet Intake
46mm carb
Brand New Bpipe
ADA Head
OEM Motor Mounts
Worx 201 (copy)
Clear Cooling Line
Water Filters

Initially I stripped my ski months ago (no pictures of that) and I started by tapping my pump for dual cooling. I bascially wanted to go over the whole ski to antiseize all the bolts. When I took out the motor, I found one broken motor mount. I replaced all four mounts with OEM style. I got rid of my Riva Red for the coveted Bpipe. It's brand spankin new and it looks sweet!! :woot: I also bought a wetjet intake with a 46mm carb with a stock filter assembly. I finished the motor by installing an ADA head with 33cc domes.

Below you should find some pics of mostly the motor rebuild. Everything went together fairly smoothly. I ran the incoming water lines through two filters because we tend to have small pebbles on the beach that like to clog cooling lines and cooling fittings. Hopefully this should stop the issues I experienced last summer. I managed to make some stainless headpipe bolts for the bpipe to get rid of the crappy zinc ones. While I was at it, I matched the headpipe and manifold to around 47mm. I got everything together and hit the brap button. Nothing! WTF? :banghead: First thing I checked was the start/stop switch (I was having issues last summer). You will see in the pics below that the physical copper terminal has coroded away. I was able to jump the terminals in the plug to get the ski to fire up. At least I avoided having to tear the entire motor apart again to pull the starter.

Check out the pics below. You should also find a quick video of the final brap! :cheer:

Do you think 33cc domes is worth having to run race gas?

It's going to depend on a number of things, mainly your porting and ignition timing. My porting is fairly aggressive and had lowered compression down to (I think) 160 psi with 35cc domes. Since my compression was that low on 35's, bumping down to 33'c shouldn't be an issue on pump gas. If you're currently at 175psi on 35's, then jumping to 33's may require race gas or a good ignition that allows you to retard at a given rpm.

Update: I had an old start/stop switch that I snatched the plate pictured above from. I resoldered all the wires and presto, new start/stop switch  I'll see how long it last me.

I run 33cc's on pumpgas all day long.

What compression are you running? I can't recheck my compression at the moment because my gauge is packed away for the winter. I should know within a couple of weeks when I pull everything back out for the summer.

I got about 175-180 cranking compression.
