97 SXI with factory pipe

Looking at purchasing a 97 SXI with an aftermarket pipe. I’m not super familiar with the aftermarket pipe. Can anyone give any insight from the motor picture? What type of pipe? Im seeing dry and wet pipes available..Does this seem to be installed correctly? Seems to me it’s missing a cooling line, but i am not 100%

Factory Limited Pipe that has been repainted, probably one of the best pipes built for any watercraft. Hard to tell about hoses with this picture, it looks like stinger hose is underneath, but can't tell the routing.
