I have a 93 superjet with a 62T from a 94 waveraider. Since the motor swap I have experienced some issues with the carbs. The motor ran fine in the waveraider before being put in the superjet. I had to rebuild those carbs and ended up having to replace them because I could not get the gold plates with the 4 screws off without stripping the screws. The new dual Carbs are getting fuel to the pumps/diaphragm but the ski wont run on its own. It will run when primed, but itll run wide open throttle and rev extremely high. I cannot get fuel past the pumps, none will enter the carbs near the butterfly valves. These pumps/diaphragms have been replaced but not gone under a complete rebuild. Anyone experience similar issues or have a good starting point?
