Super Jet 90' SN SJ w/ 701 top end, 30cc domes, std (81mm) pistons. Melted one piston what to do now

It recently melted its #2 piston on its second trip after I got it, so if I'm going to be doing work I want to make sure its setup right to last awhile.
Compression on #1 read about 185psi which surprised me, I would expect more around 165-175.
The engine was a 650 converted to a 701 top end, the pistons are standard size 81mm, it has an aftermarket Bones head and the removable domes are marked 30cc.

Should I replace just the melted piston with a pro x 81mm and run 91 octane mixed at a 50:1 ratio?

I want to use the ski mainly for free riding our lakes and possibly a beach trip.
No interest at all in racing, just fun and engine longevity.

Carnage attached lol
