Super Jet 760 jetting

I have a stock 760 out of a 96 waveradier in my sj. Using the 650 pipe and the dual carbs, it has 48 sbn's i think. Right now 135 main and 115 pilot. Runs ok on the stand but in water bogs out until top end. Can anyone give a starting point for jetting? Also where do you buy your jets? thanks

There's a thread which may help you out, but I have no clue on your set up. Also post your elevation. Not sure where to get jets, as a buddie has always had what I needed. Try jetmaniac here. He has pretty much everything and if he doesn't, he will steer you in the right direction for just about any product you need.

Jetting thread link. Lots and lots of reading, but like a bible of tuning.http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/19403-Carburetor-(specs)-Database-SuperJet-and-Blaster-1

are you using the 760 intake manifold and carbs which are 44mm?. If so, I suggest filling in the crossover in the manifold and then trying reverse jetting: 110 main and 115 or 120 pilot. That has worked for me in the past, at least I was able to dial them in that way. Could not do it with the crossover open.

I have been working on my ski again. I noticed when running it the head gets very hot fast. Almost no water comes out the pisser at idle. I am not sure if I have the cooling lines hooked up right. I have the incoming line going to the bottom of the exhaust manifold, then a line from the exhaust manifold to the back of the head, then a line from the front of the head out to the pisser. Also I do not have a line hooked up to the little nipple on the 650 pipe. Any help? Thanks
