760 domes on 61X bored to 83MM?

I am putting together a motor with 83mm pistons, 62T case/61X cylinder. Can I use a head with 760 domes on this setup? Pros/Cons?

I am running 38cc 84mm domes in a 82.5 setup and it is making 180psi. I would think that the 35cc 81mm domes would be a bit high for pump gas. What compression are you going for?

I wouldn't think you'd want to use 701 domes on a bore that big.

The 760 domes I have are 34cc. I wanted to stay in the pump gas range of 170-180.

This head came off a 85mm motor I had that was ported real crazy. It was also decked and ran a spacer plate(stock stoke). Wanted to recycle the good parts if I can.

I wouldn't think you'd want to use 701 domes on a bore that big.

Sure...why not? They are good up to 83.0 unmodified, and 83.5 with some squish work.

It's called a Coolhead by Pro design. Nice looking head but it is the only one I have ever seen. I think it uses pro-tec domes.
