SX/SXi/SXi Pro 750 sx TDC flywheel mark / not posted in service manual - help

update help!? still wondering if my flywheel sheared, anyone know if with the front piston at TDC should the flywheel have the line facing at 12 oclock? anyone have a kawi 750 crank or flywheel sitting around they can verify that mines in check? my flywheel is seized on , will not come off..
had it out today, same scenario, no low end power no top end power, had to fully lean the high mix screw to get it to not bog and run half ass'd... what else should i check? all electronics have been swapped, it only comes down to the sbn? air leaks? would a worn diaphragm cause this? 140 main comes stock, im running a 150. if i keep it 3/4 throttle or below it runs the best, once i switch the the high jet WOT it stumbles most of the time... the exhaust port out the back is covered in soot.. i did a 15-20 sec plug chop and it looked almost normal but i had been running 3/4 throttle mostly, i even power tuned it on the dock 2-3 times, if i give it any more high fuel it just bogs...
