750 Electrical Problems!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!

Just picked up a ski. Only way to get it to start is to jump the solenoid.

Is this a bad start stop switch?

What should I check.

i would say its probably the somenoid.

How do I go about diagnosing this? Electrical is my weak point.

I have a 550 solenoid, is it the same as the 750 by chance?

If not, isnt some solenoid at the auto parts store interchangable?

switched out the solenoid, and nothing. If I jump the solenoid, It turns fine, and has spark.

Any ideas?

How do I check this with the meter?

Of course I do this on a Sunday Morning when noone else is on.

Going out and pulling the switch to look inside with the volt meter.

Problem solved. A little tiny bit of corrosion on the start switch. I sanded it all off. Greased it up. And Brappp My $400 gem is ready to roll.
