720rotax keeps blowing fuse? Cdi problem?

Inside the e box there's three fuses, this one keeps blowing the ones mounted to the cdi. Is there just a dead short with the module? Andhow can I test it to find out.
I also may need a few parts if anyone has them.

if its blowing the 5 amp fuse it sounds like the mpem.i might have one but wont know for a fewdays,i just loaned it out

Thanks. Is there a good place to buy new if I can't find a used one? Thatnks for the help I don't know much about seadoo stuff
