Thanks for the video...so let me see if I am seeing it correctly...he approaches the wave with the wave to his left. He leans slightly right to get some momentum and then swings his whole body and the ski back left, over the top of the wave...is this correct? Sorry it happens so fast I'm not sure if I'm watching it right!

Basically when rolling you want to head straight at the wave. You can do a bit of a S turn before hitting the wave but it's not necessary. Basically the S turn just speeds up your rotation and helps you get around but it makes your roll smaller with not as much height.. When you want to make your rolls higher you want to head straight at the wave and as you are at the bottom of the wave you need to turn full lock, throw your head over and look down at the water showed in the video and give it full gas, hold on tight and look for your landing.
Don't be scared of it. Just don't let go and you'll be safe.
