This is the Riva part number for the stock spring: 6R7-14253-00-00
Give Riva a call tomorrow and see what spring it is. I bet it is a 95gm or 115gm.

For a stock superjet with stock exhaust just use the 65gram shiny silver spring.
Matters not if you have intake or oem flame arrestor with box.

Very light pop on these stock carbs.

27-35 lb pressure will be fine.

how about rough idea of how many turns on the needles?

also, on the smaller jet I don't see numbers, how do I know what size it is?

I am ready for a test fire, got the engine swapped over today... Now if I can just find an affordable pipe, then I can do this all over again.

Jet size should be stamped on the end of the jet.

According to the Clymers shop manual, the sotck jet sizes for a 701 is:

Pilot: 115
High: 135 (edited from 130 on June 22. 130 is incorrect, I read the manual wrong)

Low speed screw: 1 7/8 plus or minus a 1/4 turn
High speed screw: 1 5/8 plus or minus a 1/4 turn

Idle Speed: 1250

Unfortunately it doesn't make any mention of N/S size, spring, or pop-off pressure
